Dr David Mass is a dedicated General Practitioner with a specialist interest in allergy at Allergy London.
He has worked in the field of allergy alongside Professor Adam Fox OBE for the past 16 years and has developed particular expertise in the diagnosis and management of allergic conditions, including eczema, food allergy, Hay fever and asthma, seeing both children and adults.
He works closely with patients and families, carrying out supervised feeds, food challenges, and desensitisation treatments for both pollen and food allergies.
In March 2026, Dr Mass was recognised by the British Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology (BSACI) and the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) with an Extended Role in Allergy accreditation – becoming the first GP in the UK to receive this recognition.
In his clinical consultations, Dr Mass provides safe, evidence-based care with a clear, friendly, and patient-centred communication style.
David is developing an interest in allergy care from transitioning from childhood to adulthood.
