We are proud to share that Allergy London’s Professor Adam Fox attended Windsor Castle to be presented with his OBE by Princess Anne, for services to Paediatric Allergy.
Professor Adam Fox OBE shared:
“Last week, I had the great privilege of attending Windsor Castle with my family, where I was officially presented with my OBE by HRH The Princess Royal, Princess Anne.
“Receiving this honour from Princess Anne was a moving experience and one I will cherish.
“It is a true honour to receive this recognition, which for me is really just a reflection of the remarkable progress our specialty has achieved over the past few decades. This progress has been driven by the dedication and passion of countless clinicians, researchers, educators, and patient advocates.
“I have been privileged to work alongside many exceptional teams whose collective efforts have played such an important role in advancing our field.
“I was also very pleased to also have the chance to speak to Princess Anne about how much more we still have to do in the UK to help improve the lives of the many people who live with allergic disease – I’m not sure she will personally contribute to the current National Allergy Strategy consultation but she definitely knows about it now!”
