Rosan is a specialist paediatric dietitian who completed her paediatric nutrition training in the UK in 2000. She holds both an MSc and a PhD, which she completed at Imperial College London in 2008. She has worked at St Mary’s Hospital, London, as Lead Paediatric Dietitian, before becoming the Principal Research Dietitian for gastro-allergy at Great Ormond Street Hospital, a role she held until 2015.
Rosan is the CEO of StepbyStepKidzNutrition Ltd, a paediatric dietetic practice with multiple specialist paediatric dietitians specialising in food hypersensitivity, growth faltering, coeliac disease, and aversive eating. She has more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and is the co-author of the Paediatric Clinical Dietetics Pocket Guide.
She was the Co-Module Leader for the Food Hypersensitivity module of the MSc in Allergy at Imperial College from 2008 to 2023 and is currently a Visiting Professor at KU Leuven on their MSc in Deglutology. She also leads the ARFID course at the University of Huddersfield. Rosan is a Trustee for ARFID Awareness UK and holds multiple additional qualifications in managing the spectrum of feeding difficulties, including being SOS-qualified. She has also completed an additional qualification in managing individuals on a plant-based diet through the University of Winchester.
